About the Race
The Most Fun You'll Have on a Bike
Started in 2022, Mainely Gravel has grown into one of Maine's most exciting cycling events. The secret? A course that challenges seasoned riders and welcomes newcomers, wrapped in an atmosphere that is genuinely fun from start to finish.
Conceived and administered by the Downeast Racing team, Mainely Gravel draws on decades of riding and racing experience. The team understands what the community wants: great organization, a unique course, and a welcoming vibe.
Whether you are here to race, ride, or just enjoy the adventure, you will feel it the moment you arrive.
"The most fun I've had on a bike."
